Le Braci

The restaurant “Le Braci” is located in the village of Bozzole, in the Monferrato countryside, situated inside an ancient stall restored, with a barrel vault and visible brick work. The eighteenth-century typical “cascina” is a square-yarded farm belonged to the Count Calvi of Bergolo. It has hosted for generations our rural families, that for a long time have conjugated agriculture and farming with love for their products, joy and conviviality. The passion for food-and-wine has always accompanied us giving life to simple and traditional dishes but revisited with character and taste. Our family business is the hallmark of our restaurant: from starters to homemade pasta, from grilled meat showcooking to our great passion for the desserts and bakery. The atmosphere we want to create is comforting, warm and relaxing. Our dishes prepared with care and the heat of the fire emanated by the great central fireplace will accompany your dinner making you feel at home.
